I’ve loved Vaporwave and Future Fu nk for a long time and I just recently started getting into vinyl. This is my collection so far, Empire Building by Saint Pepsi should be coming tomorrow or Wednesday .

If you can get your hands on a physical release by :The Midnight”, I will be infinitely envious. They’re not true vaporwave, but they have some damn good stuff.

A lot of the bigger names (Macross, Night Tempo, Yung Bae, Saint Pepsi/ Sk ylar Sp ence etc...) have gone on to start making/producing more original music but there definitely still are some people out there making it. I’m kind of out of the loop as to who’s big now though

I have to check them out at work tomorrow , I’m actually not familiar with their stuff...
I’ve never really cared for when people try to gatekeep what’s “true” vaporwave... A lot of George Clanton and Surfing isn’t “true ”, but it’s made with the same mentality and if you’re a fan of vaporwave it’s hard not to be interested in and appreciate their music.
